My Review of BMW of Hudson Valley:
Customer Service STINKS. This dealership STINKS. Service they perform STINKS. Repairs are poor, incomplete, and no one checks to see if all work is performed properly before returning car to you. Further, they expect you to wait around half the day while they "repair" your car. And they won't let you have a loaner car unless your repairs take longer than half a day. Recommend dealing with another BMW dealership anywhere so you can experience the kind of BMW service that BMW owners deserve. This place is a waste of time for busy people, or for anyone for that matter.

My Review of BMW of Hudson Valley:
Misleading, infantile, unprofessional best describes this dealership. Long story short, I bought a used 740il that was according to BMWHV was "ready to go." They even supplied us with the official BMW service records. We asked them to make sure they test drive the car before we come up to get it and to run it through the shop to make sure it truly was ready to make a 500 mile trip. They said sure, no problem. They told us all set, "ready to go." We set out for a 480 mile ride to pick up the car and after a 20 minute ride around the block the car starting squealing like a dog that had been hit by a car. Turns out the car needs a new PCV valve. Anyone who can hear could have taken the car out for a drive and found the problem in 20 minutes - no rocket science needed. BMW of the Hudson Valley said it would cost us $1,200 to have the repair made due to the location of the PCV valve and the delicate nature of the composite intake manifold. We refused to pay for something they should have caught before we drove up to pick up the car. BMWHV now refuses to return our deposit on a car they have now sold off. Do not trust these people. They have no regard for your time and effort nor do they accurately represent their products.

My Review of BMW of Hudson Valley:
I took my BMW X5 for repairs. When I took my vehicle in my fuel gaugewas working fine but when I went to pick up my vehicle it was not working properly. They damaged it while they were working on my car and didn't have common courtesy to fix it. Instead they gave me a price on how much it would cost me to fix it. Why should I pay for a repair that they caused while working on my car? It was the worst experience I've had with a dealership meanwhile I'm paying more than any other dealership I've gone too. It goes to show you don't always get what you pay for. Here I am paying a lot and having the worse experience ever. They have no intergrity and I don't even know how they keep customers. They are nonprofessional, overpriced and have horrible service mechanics. My car will never go back there for repairs!

My Review of BMW of Hudson Valley:
As an owner of an auto repair facility for 35 years how these people are still in business is beyond me. I brought a vehicle in for "BMW diagnosis" after rebuilding the tranmission and having a shifting error code. They had the car for about 40 minutes and called us to say that the trans had to be replaced and would I like to purchase one from them, I declined and went to pick to up the car only to be presented with a $260 diagnostic fee ( which being in the business I know is absolute thievery) but they insisted so I had to pay it to get the customer's vehicle back. After 2 phone calls to other BMW techs elsewhere I found out that the issue was a external switch which they had in stock! I confronted them about their MIS-DIAGNOSIS and they couldn't care less. I hope that BMW corporate reads this...The former owner of this BMW dealership location went to prison for bank fruad I believe...... you would think that BMW would really scrutinize any new franchisee, I guess not. It's sad that people in this area have no one they can trust their BMW's to. Because of this I refuse to personally buy any more Bimmers ( I've owned 7) but no more.

My Review of BMW of Hudson Valley:
I went before buying a '01 330 from a chevy dealership just to see what they had. It was 7pm on a friday, so props to them for even talking to me when it was quittin time. I soon found out though that it was because they wanted to sell me on a NEW car. What the hell is wrong with people??? If I wanted a new car, I would have gone to them in the first place. The guy didn't seem to know as much about BMW's as I did. I will have to have my warrantee work done there anyway which makes me shudder. It's almost worth the drive to white plains.

My Review of BMW of Hudson Valley:
This dealership has the most air-headed people I have ever dealt with. The knowledge they have is comparable to a first grader in class after Christmas break . Not one person there has an answering machine, so they are "busy" every time someone calls. The service department mis-books appointments and should have a translator on hand to explain what words those letters make up in the instruction manuel. These people want nothing to do with you after you purchase a car from them and CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. Do yorself a favor and stick with the factory dealers, like the one in NYC. This means a bit more deposit and money, but WELL worth it. Hey Bmw of the "HUDSON Valley up in the middle of no where," still, I have to say that you guys are the best bunch of high school dropouts out their making a living. Thank You
