We had decided to purchase a used BMW, but we just didn’t know what kind of BMW. On the contrary we were encouraged to take as much time as we needed to make the right decision for us and one we would be happy with in the longer term. We finally settled on a car and have been very pleased. Joe doesn’t leave that to change as we periodically hear from him to make sure we continue to be pleased and do what he can to keep it that way.
