I felt that everyone in service and sales that I dealt with was reliable and fair. They wouldn’t stop calling me. I told the service writer they had the wrong number yet, the would continue to call me and tell me my car was done. When I wouldn’t answer they would I told the service writer they had the wrong number yet, the would continue to call me and tell me my car was done. When I wouldn’t answer they would text to say my BMW is done. I live in Oregon this sounds like a very poorly run place. They didn’t care that they annoyed the xxxx out of me. They must of thought it was funny to call someone out of state to tell them their car was ready. Horrible!! More
