In the days peceding the purchase, Dean was attentive and was ready to help me whenit came time to purchase. It was a long process but Dean was super friendly and relaxed, satisfied all of my questions, and was the best auto salesperson/advisor I have ever worked with, being both experienced and also down to earth and not pushy, as many are. I was able to negotiate a fair deal. I have leased from bmw mtn view before as well, and have my car serviced there, and always receive good service. I would recommend them. More

The management at this dealership is dishonest! I spent over $100,000 on what was supposed to be a like-new 2025 BMW M850i and the sales manage Don assured me the wheels were perfect, but when it arrived one of the wheels was BENT! Now they won't take my call or respond to my texts, emails or reviews. CROOKED DEALERSHIP!!! More

DO NOT BUY HERE! I recently bought a pre-owned 2025 BMW M850i convertible from Mountain View BMW, and they misrepresented it! BEWARE! I'm in Dallas and trusted them t I recently bought a pre-owned 2025 BMW M850i convertible from Mountain View BMW, and they misrepresented it! BEWARE! I'm in Dallas and trusted them to be honorable since I was buying it from across the country without physically seeing it, but they lied! Now they won’t return my calls or respond to my emails, texts or honest review. I asked their sales manager Don to be my eyes and ears while pointing out any issues with the like-new car. Specifically they were asked to guarantee that the expensive wheels were perfect. When the car arrived, one of the wheels was bent and according to the local BMW dealer needs to be replaced for $1,400! When this was immediately brought to their attention, they didn’t respond until we followed up! According to their finance manager, Alexis Gonzalez, he reluctantly told me the dealership refused to be responsible for it. I overlooked other reviews that claimed the same experience, so this is a pattern. The General Manager of the dealership, PJ Roshan, has yet to call me, even though he’s been asked numerous times. Don't walk, run away fast! More
