I bought a used car and had several issues to address (some basic issues such as detailing and problems with non-working buttons). It took a long time to schedule a visit back to the dealer to get those (some basic issues such as detailing and problems with non-working buttons). It took a long time to schedule a visit back to the dealer to get those resolved. Not yet taken the car back yet. So depending on the results my rating may change.
