The service rep did an excellent job and kept me informed me of everything needed about the job after my dropped my car for service. The only problem I had was the loaner arrangement in the scheduling sy me of everything needed about the job after my dropped my car for service. The only problem I had was the loaner arrangement in the scheduling system. I scheduled my service in the evening for an open slot the day after. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told there is no loaner available. They arranged a Lyft shuttle for me which was OK for me. But the feedback mechanism to the user shall be fixed if the loaner is not available or cannot be arranged in the given time. More
