Worked with Marc on my 2018 x5 diesel. Brought it in for new tires and had there check engine light come on. Found out that it was the spark plugs and covered under warranty. Was provided a loaner car and picked up the x5 the following day. Hassle free experience! Additionally, in March of this year, had a faulty door panel which kept making a rubbing/knocking sound. Marc did a great job with the foreman to add additional padding to the door panel and completely illuminated any annoying sounds! Always a please working with Marc! More
