I was in an accident and it was getting fixed at a body shop. The body shop was using another BMW dealership to get parts. That dealership was very slow to get the parts needed and to set up a time for t shop. The body shop was using another BMW dealership to get parts. I spoke with Ken and Walter at the Newton BMW and they had my car brought over from the body shop and fixed within a day. More

Wanted to purchase used Acura. Came to pick up vehicle and it was dirty inside, no owner's manual, one key that was in poor condition, wheel rims not detailed... They did take the time to spray armor all on the tires. Granted this was a 2004, but sale was handled unprofessionally. Adam, the sales person, was helpful, but management was condescending and did not make us feel that our purchase merited the same treatment afforded to other buyers at that dealer. He actually said that better treatment is relative to the amount of money you spend! He said he gave us such a good deal that that was all he could do. YIKES....I left the dealer, check in hand and will not return nor recommend this dealer. More

During my time at the dealer I spoke to man outside who introduced himself as Andrew Paul. Andrew got me started with a sales associate and before I knew it, I was getting my temp tag. I have definitely found a home with Open Road and after being treated this way at 2 different dealers, I am recommending them to everyone I know and don’t know who is looking for a car or needs their car fixed. Definitely a not notch organization! More
