I have left several messages for the salesman he does not return calls. It took several requests to get information through the buying process. There is a stain on the drivers seat that is very visible but return calls. It took several requests to get information through the buying process. Misrepresented maintenance coverage. I was sold a $1,899 maintenance plan on a CPO BMW that was described as “5 years of oil changes.” In reality, the coverage expires in about one year I was sold a $1,899 maintenance plan on a CPO BMW that was described as “5 years of oil changes.” In reality, the coverage expires in about one year and duplicates free CPO maintenance. For a service manager, Guy was not up to par. Not helpful and very rude. Needs another job. Not helpful and very rude. Needs another job. More
Working with Brad Williams was a pleasure. He was very helpful in selecting my new vehicle and going through the ordering process. Also, Bobby Barsakis, the BMW Genius, is outstanding. Chris is the consummate professional, always following through on what he says with your best interests in mind. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with him as my service tech for the last 5 yea through on what he says with your best interests in mind. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with him as my service tech for the last 5 years, and he is always dead on in terms of your car and what it requires to keep it on the road, running at its best. I highly recommend Chris as the top BMW Service Tech I've had to fortune to work with at any BMW Dealership/Service shop. More
I had a genuinely disappointing experience with BMW of Palm Springs. I was a serious, ready buyer — open, responsive, and clear in my communications. Over several emails, I asked multiple times for basic Palm Springs. I was a serious, ready buyer — open, responsive, and clear in my communications. Over several emails, I asked multiple times for basic due diligence materials and never received them. The tone of replies shifted noticeably, making it unclear who I was even dealing with anymore. I remained in active conversation with the dealership, only to receive a blanket message that the vehicle had been sold — no counteroffer, no closure. The listing even remained live afterward, which only added to the sense of being strung along. I’ve worked in sales and customer success for nearly two decades, and this kind of handling isn’t just sloppy — it’s disrespectful. I expect more from any dealership, let alone one bearing the BMW name. Buyer approach with care. More
