I have been a customer here for 20 years and I can tell you the service department is going downhill. The last time I brought my car in for service, it took about 2 hours to get the loaner car which was an you the service department is going downhill. The last time I brought my car in for service, it took about 2 hours to get the loaner car which was an enterprise rental car that actually was a van. Made me miss a meeting. This time I brought my car in for routine maintenance. They wouldn’t give me a loaner and now I have to wait for my car and God knows how long I’ll be here. They did offer to drive me to work but that would mean I would be in a car with a strange person during Covid for a half hour. I told my service consultant to check the cigarette lighter charger and the charging input in the center console because they don’t charge my phone. He said that wouldn’t be covered under the warranty. Really? Why are the fuses blowing? This is a car that I bought brand new last year and already the entire computer in the car needed to be replaced. The gps went on the fritz twice that needed service appointments. Obviously there are issues with the electrical but my service consultant is sitting there arguing with me that I might have done something to cause this . Seriously, is this a joke? The answer to that question is yes it is. The joke is on me for continuing to do business here! More

Poor customer service at BMW of Ridgefield dealership in Ridgefield, CT. Those xxxxing people were cheating. When I bought the $6000 warranty for my brand new X4 and brakes, the salesman didn’t tell me ther Ridgefield, CT. Those xxxxing people were cheating. When I bought the $6000 warranty for my brand new X4 and brakes, the salesman didn’t tell me there is mileage limit on changing brakes. I had 65,000 miles, but they said when my car reached 70,000 miles and then they can change my brakes. The salesman didn’t tell me about the 70,000 miles for changing brakes on warranty. Please be reasonable, are they cheating?? Yes, they cheated! The BMW cars are great, but please DO NOT go to BMW of Ridgefield, Ridgefield CT if you can. Don’t get yourself hurt!!! There are many other good dealerships where you can spend your money! More
