I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance last week, and during the inspection, I was told the passenger-side engine mount had cracks and had collapsed, and it needed to be replaced. I thought the repair would be covered under my CPO warranty, but unfortunately it wasn’t. The estimate came out to nearly $2,400, which was a lot to take on unexpectedly. Marcelino, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions and walking me through everything. Chris, the service department manager, was very understanding. He personally worked with me and offered to reduce the cost significantly. Thanks to him, I only paid $1,600. I’m really thankful for both Marcelino and especially Chris for the way they took care of me. More

Deveana was a knowledgeable and complete professional in charge of my loaner car with the paper work put together quickly and efficiently and video documented the loaner car to show any scratches or damages for the record.
