Absolutely horrible experience. Drove all the way from Miami to buy a vehicle. Thought had a good deal on terms that I wanted. Got talked into leasing instead of outright ownership. Given being pressed for time, I yielded to a financial guy’s misguiding advice. Stay away from this place. They do NOT have the customer’s best interest at heart. All they want is to talk you into a deal that benefits them. And, afterwards, they wash their hands clean, claiming unable to help. This is one of those places where, as a customer, you mean nothing. Your relationship is purely unilateral and self-serving. As a long time BMW fan and Miami Braman customer, I would encourage anyone considering doing business with this dealership to go elsewhere and not waste your time or money with them. More
