I have been a loyal customer of BMW of Sherman Oaks for a long time . The reason because their great service dept. Jessy Colon is my Service rep. and I recently developed a slow leak in my Left rear ti a long time . The reason because their great service dept. In the meantime the service team filled my tire in 103 degree heat so I could get home and get back the next day and they did my tires in under an hour . And they have great coffee while you are waiting too . That is why I’m always going to BMW of Sherman oaks for all my service needs and to buy my future BMWs . More

Been coming to this location for about 1. 5 years now after I moved into the neighborhood. Krisztina is very nice and on top of communication.
