Harold emphasized that he was a straight shooter and cared for his customer's sensibilities; and I found that Harold was indeed a man of his word: I bought a very low mileage certified BMW, but Harold took great care over my experience as though he was selling me one of the dealership's more expensive models. He is an old school gentlemen! Made one feel as though they were getting cared for by a 19th century butler (smile).
