Eric is a phenomenal BMW Sales Consultant. I had an amazing BMW Experience with Eric guiding me along the way. I picked up my 2024 330i recently and it was a fun ride home. I appreciate all I had an amazing BMW Experience with Eric guiding me along the way. I picked up my 2024 330i recently and it was a fun ride home. I appreciate all the time Eric spent with me from first contact (remotely since I'm in another state) to when I picked up the car. He went above and beyond getting me set up. Also, Pedro did a great job explaining the warranty/other options and was very thorough and patient. The manager Matt was in contact with me as well to check in.
