I booked an oil change appointment specifically because of the promotional rate of $69.95 advertised on the dealership’s website. When I arrived, my service advisor attempted to charge me more and insisted of the promotional rate of $69.95 advertised on the dealership’s website. When I arrived, my service advisor attempted to charge me more and insisted that I provide a coupon—something that was never mentioned online. When I explained this, she was noticeably unfriendly and made the process unnecessarily difficult. It took a long back‑and‑forth before she finally agreed to adjust the price, and only after asking me to take a screenshot of the dealership’s own website and email it to her. The issues continued after the service was completed. I waited nearly two hours, and after I was told that my car was ready, discovered my advisor was nowhere to be found. I didn’t receive any explanation of my multi‑point inspection results and had to locate another employee just to get my paperwork and pay. The lack of communication and customer care throughout the entire visit was disappointing and not what I expect from a professional service department and this dealership. More
