Service rep was good and informative. Got approached by a couple people asking if I was/needed help which was great. Informed of what was needed. Had a great experience, Thanks Gabe! Received pricing for a BMW I7 from client advisor Nairobi and agreed to lease vehicle. They sent over a form with detailed numbers showing the net pricing after discounts and rebates. The form also showe and agreed to lease vehicle. They sent over a form with detailed numbers showing the net pricing after discounts and rebates. The form also showed the tax, tag, title, fees, etc. After signing the form they asked me to do the credit application which was done. I RECONFIRMED multiple times that the pricing was out-the-door and delivered before signing the form and getting report pulled. After the dealer pulled the credit report, i get a text from Nairobi that they had miscalculated the taxes and that the monthly lease payments would be $145 higher/mth and $5k more over the lease term than originally agreed. Nairobi apologized for the error but after wasting hours of my time and creating an inquiry on my credit report. I was looking for more than apology, I wanted somebody to to do something to help make it right. Errors happen assuming it was not intentional and was looking for some concession due to their mistake to help close the gap. I asked Nairobi for the GM contact and he instead gave me Eric Bowen (head of sales) contact instead. Called Eric yesterday and still have not received a callback. Requested the GM contact info again and has not been provided. Bought a lot of cars and last minute price changes is par for the course for some dealerships but expected a lot more from an AutoNation dealer. More
