UPDATE: after reaching out twice via email, per the above request, with no response, I attempted to call the dealership to speak with the GM. He did call me back and listened to my complaints and apologized. I did not ask for anything but he OFFERED to send valet and take care of my remaining servicing in order to “restore my confidence in the brand and dealership.” I agreed to this and he told me to call back with a day that worked. I called back on his direct line that he gave me and gave him 3 different days that would work, that were a couple weeks out so that they weren’t having to work me in last minute. He said he would send a confirmation text of the appointment. I never received it. I have since called his direct line 3 times, leaving voicemails, to try to get this scheduled and have never received a response or call back. It has been almost 2 months since this all started with no resolution. It is obvious that the issues start at the top, GM level, of this dealership and the results of this have only served to solidify my prior statement that we will never buy a vehicle from this dealership and would be very reluctant to pursue another BMW as we would have to use this dealership for servicing in Tulsa.
