My Family and I have brought 8 BMWs' from this dealership since 2006. Since mid 2009, the company fired many key positions including my sales manager Matt. I was told the new Manager is a family memeber of since 2006. Since mid 2009, the company fired many key positions including my sales manager Matt. I was told the new Manager is a family memeber of the president of the complex. Let me say he is rude and unprofessional. I will only get my car service there but will not buy another BMW from there. I have found out that Matt have moved to Mainline BMW across the bridge, my next car will be from Mainline BMW !!!! More
