Took my X3 in because the car had died and suspected I needed a new battery. I'd heard great things about their service dept so was probably too trusting. A real sticker shock when I was told (after the fact) that the battery was over $300 and the labor for changing it was 2 and a half hours! Replacing a battery should have been 30 minutes, tops, and shame on them for charging double for what I would have paid for a compatible battery at a non-dealership. To add insult to injury, I tried to call several times during the day to check on status and find out what was wrong, but I was constantly put on hold and left there for 5+ minutes each time and no one ever answering. When I stopped the guy who answered the phone the 3rd time and asked if he could please take a message for Service, he was rude and acted like he was doing me a huge favor. I won't be taking my car there again. More

I got a certified pre-owned X3 si at a fabulous price, having done my homework: no sales pressure (which I do not like). They were all super pleasant, knowledgeable, great sense of humor, facilitated everything so all I had to do really was tell my insurance company and pay. They do not rush you. They have time for all your questions,no matter how idiotic (some of mine were definitely DUH). They respond to your calls. I forgot some keys - my salesman (Scott) dropped them at my home before I realized that I'd left them there... You feel that they value you as a person and customer (now that's a shocker nowadays, isn't it....) People who I dealt with: 1. Scott Doty - Sales 2. I once complained that my wife's 2001 5 series had required two rounds of $1000 repairs over a 6 month period and I told the service manager that I was seriously thinking of dumping the car for a Japanese one. When I picked up the car there was a 20% discount- to $800- He said. " I could feel your pain." I thought that was great! More
