BMW i4 went in for Condition Based Service with a scheduled appointment. The service bills for 1.3 hours but took over 3 hours to complete not including the complementary car wash. Car was left with scheduled appointment. The service bills for 1.3 hours but took over 3 hours to complete not including the complementary car wash. Car was left with grease marks on doors and handles, brake fluid was left on reservoir and inner fender well. Based on this appointment I would not recommend servicing electric vehicles at this dealership. The only positive review is of service advisor Harley was delightful to work with. More
