The Westlake team are always accommodating with setting service appointments, but during this visit they went beyond the call of duty…My appointment was scheduled for 10am, but I had arrived one hour early service appointments, but during this visit they went beyond the call of duty…My appointment was scheduled for 10am, but I had arrived one hour early as I needed to conduct some work calls and Cory had me in and out even before my scheduled appointment time of 10am…Now that’s elite Customer Service!
