I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again because of the service and how they handle communication. I have never been able to call the service department and speak to a live person. They just let everything go to voicemail and they never call back. If I want an update on my car, I have to physically drive there to get one. We dropped my wife’s vehicle off over 24 hrs ago due to a warranty issue, we have called twice to see if they even got the keys, have looked at anything, or possibly had a diagnosis of the issue. We are a busy family of 5 and it’s pitiful that I am going to have to drive up there to get an answer from somebody. I hate the way they handle service. More
