Great experience Went in looking for a used Cadillac SRX and when we got there we were quickly approached by a nice kid named Paul who quickly showed us what we were l Went in looking for a used Cadillac SRX and when we got there we were quickly approached by a nice kid named Paul who quickly showed us what we were looking for and got a plate so we could do a test drive. The dealership was clean and modern and the negotiations were quick and fair. We picked up the car two days later and it was detailed and immaculate. I was blown away when a few days after I had the car, I received a call from Paul making sure that I was comfortable with the car and he wanted to know if I had any questions about all of the tools that it has. Best buy and repair! I recently bought a used Chevy Volt here at Baker. I visited previously and asked the salesman to call next time they got one in. It was in great shape and very clean. Paul, the salesman, was very thorough and professional but not snooty. He and the manager, Mark, gave me a great deal and I have shopped around to know. After I bought the car, I had it serviced because of a slow leak in one of the tires. They removed the nail and fixed the tire and then re-balanced it at no cost to me! I would definitely recommend this Baker Dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Great place to shop! They were the best! More
