My Review of Bakersfield Hyundai:
After I had settled for a car, my friends drove a hard bargain with PJ for the best price for me. PJ not only patiently negotiated a deal with my friends and me, he also allowed us to use his office computer to look up all the pertinent info.
He accompanied us for a test drive and we never felt pressured for the sale. He was a foot soldier for my various offers and counter offers. Yes, he was friendly and helpful. That's why I drove away a new car.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND MADE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE IN TRYING TO PICK THE RIGHT CAR YOU WANT. I TEST DROVE MANY CARS AND THEY DIDN'T PRESSURE ME INTO HURRYING AND LET ME TAKE MY TIME TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I WANT. THERE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS THAT I ASKED. THE PROCESS OF THE WHOLE THING WAS QUICK AND SIMPLE. I WOULD BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN.

Came in to trade in a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer and get 2 New vehicles, one new and one used. Did leave with 2 cars but still 3 payments. Friendiness was great and information. Will come back and would recommend to anyone.

Your Service, friendliness, time spent (with both myself and my folks) was Over and Beyond, not to mention all the time spent in explaining all the perks and know how of how everything worked. My Review of Bakersfield Hyundai:
I just came from Mazda, I went inside to the bathroom while the salesman stated "I will be waiting for you", he sounded like a stalker, He jumped me as soon as I walked up giving me no time to breath, I just wanted to look.
Earlier my deal at Ford fell through they wanted too much down for the 5 coupe focus that was a sports edition but limited on accessories. I had did my research and found Hyundia a car I had owned years ago, came out with a cool looking coupe called the Veloster.
When I arrived Roman approached much more at ease to help me look even though I was hiding in my Jeep driving by the cars because I didn't want another stalker LOL, Anyways I looked over the Veloster quickly and noticed so many more features added compaired to the Focus for the same price! A fuller moon roof, GPS NAVIGATION, A PUSH BUTTON START, I was like WOW!!!! But since my offer at Ford for a same priced vehicle even when using so called Rebates and trade in credits required $4000, I was reluctant to shop any further. I was really kind of looking for a cheaper car so I could trade in my Jeep which was upside down about $3000. I asked Roman if it came in blue even though I knew there was not one out there, but that was my secret color I had wanted three cars ago, Romeo replied YES, one just arrived on the lot and had not made it to the front yet. To make this a bit shorter, I just want to state.... They made it happen! I had no idea I was about to buy a car today but I did and I could not be happier. Roman, Chuy, Jr and Roxy all were apart of making my dream come true! Professional, Ethical, No Stress! They listened to my situaltion and worked with me honestly! I highly recommend the cars and the staff I worked with today!
