I went for a single unit task, had no previous check engine light, and somehow left with one? How I went from my A/C being the issue to a check engine light is beyond me! Patricia helped me solve an issue in my day by offering a Lyft. For communication to get a Lyft back left me hanging for nearly an hour. How I was impeded from a job interview @ 1:30pm when I brought my car in @ 8:40am is astonishing. I nearly had to make my aunt reschedule her appointment at 4pm. Despite the cool air blowing, I’m not impressed with the work under the hood. It was a luxury situation that I could’ve passed on. Now I’m going to a different mechanic to resolve my newest issue because I can’t see how I can give my time for Mitsubishi dealerships services. You guys had the audacity to charge $200+ dollars to run a diagnostic!? That’s a laughing matter. Thanks, but no thanks. I won’t be recommending you guys to anyone I know. More
