We truly have had a horrible experience with Mitsubishi. I don’t recommend advisor Jesus whatsoever. He argued and yelled over me over the phone, hung up our call, tried to avoid passing me over to his mana I don’t recommend advisor Jesus whatsoever. He argued and yelled over me over the phone, hung up our call, tried to avoid passing me over to his manager, absolutely failed to communicate with us and was straight out rude. He asked me, “am I talking to your or your husband?” Sorry, but we are both owners and I also have the right to get some answers since he failed to give my husband any details regarding what was done to our car. His communication service is 0. It’s incredibly hard to get through to a live person whenever you call as well. We have been on hold 25 minutes PLUS almost every single time we call the service department. The only one that has been able to give us better service has been manager Gary, which we are truly appreciative because Jesus has been horrible. Don’t recommend. More
