Brought our 24" Outlander SE Black Edition in for oil change, Software update and to check the driver side rear tire (had a nail in it). We did find the green goop in the rear of the vehicle. Grace i change, Software update and to check the driver side rear tire (had a nail in it). We did find the green goop in the rear of the vehicle. Grace is awesome and always helpful she did ask for the tech to look at the tire due to Big Brand Tire on white lane told us it was separating at 17k miles yet the Tech put the tire on front driver side.. It is always a pleasure bringing in our vehicle for service due to Grace our Service Advisor. More
