I have a good relationship with several of the people who work there and it’s nice to be able to pick up the phone and call them when they have a vehicle I might be interested in. I know they’ll have it ready for me to look at when I arrive and they’ll try very hard to make it an enjoyable buying experience. No dealership can afford to give their cars away or they couldn’t stay in business. But with the folks at Baldwin, I feel like they treat me fairly and that along with good service keeps me coming back. I would highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business the next time you’re in the market for a vehicle, new or used. More

My experience with Baldwin has been extremely disappointing. My car was there for nearly 10 months for a recall repair, and when I finally got it back, I realized they had broken parts on it and disappointing. Very much not pleased with the dealership. I went in to get a second key for my used truck and get the code for the door. I also had a parking sensor code. The truck is still under warranty. I understand not fixing other issues but double charging for diagnostic. When I got home I found a loose plug that was it. A total scam. More
