I found that Richard Brown was knowledgable, courteous, and very attentive to my needs and affordability. He took the time to go over everything with me and answer all of my questions no matter how many and very attentive to my needs and affordability. With leasing a new vehicle he put me at ease and I would recommend all to contact Mr. Richard Brown with either buying or leasing a vehicle. Mr. Brown contacted me after I received my CRV and said if I had any questions or concerns to call him or just stop in and he would be there for me. I felt that he truly was committed to be there for me should I need him. This is the first dealership where I have had a salesman contact me at home to see how I was doing with the vehicle and to offer any assistance should I need any. I felt like I was part of his family. Caring about peoples needs should come first especially with this economy and the value of a dollar. I would certainly go back to Majestic Honda and look up Mr. Richard Brown. He has sold me to be a repeat customer. Buying a car is always nerve-racking, right? That's what I thought. But it really wasn't when I bought my new Honda Fit from Majestic Honda. The entire experience was surprisingly and refreshingly pleasan I thought. But it really wasn't when I bought my new Honda Fit from Majestic Honda. The entire experience was surprisingly and refreshingly pleasant. I requested an internet quote first - the response was quick, within hours. I then called to set up an appointment. My phone call was also returned very promptly. I set up an appointment to meet with Michelle for the next morning. When we walked in, Michelle met up with us within a few short minutes. From there, it was smooth sailing. No hassle conversation about what we were looking for, viewing the available vehicles, going through the features of the car, then a test drive. It was really that easy. Once we knew that we wanted the Fit, Michelle worked with Mike, the Sales Manager, on our trade in and Fit purchase. I geared up for a long wait for all of the paperwork to go through, but the process was pretty speedy. Mike walked us through the paperwork and information about the car's maintenance, etc. Then, just like that, we were handed the keys and walked to my new Honda Fit! I was excited to be in my new car, relieved that it was a pleasant experience, and surprised at the short amount of time it all took. Michelle and her husband Mike went out of thier way to make my car buying experience as hassle free as possible. There was no haggling, they simply gave me the best price hands down. There are some sales people that would have tried to take advantage of that situation, but quite the opposite from Mike and Michelle. The price was significantly lower, and they even picked me up at home to arrange pickup. Quite a feat when I live in the middle of nowhere! I have been pleasantly pleased with the experience so far and look forward to going back to the dealership to see how customer service is in regards to maintenance and repairs. More

I just leased a 2011 Accord from Majestic Honda and got a great deal on it!! My 2010 Honda CR-V was only two months old, when a mysterious seam separation developed,about 7 inches long, a half inch wide between the front bumper guard and fender. There was no visible damage, but they claimed the "was hit", and refused to process a claim against the warranty, but gave me a written estimate to restore the seam separation. It was hedged and padded and came to $442.I purchased the car there The same car was brought to METRO HONDA. Their Service Manager put one hand to raise the fender on the upper lip, whacked the lower bumper guard with the heel of the other hand, and everything snapped securely in place with perfect alignment. My analysis of the situation is that they were afraid that Honda would not pay for the repair. This dealership apparently has an autocratic ownership, whose hirlings are cronies and relatives, whose allegiance is to the dealership, and not to customers. More
