We bought a new Tucson from Balise. They airconditioning did not work. Their service department said there was nothig wrong. Brought it in a second time. Same story. I came here for regular service and check a noise from the car when accelerating which i explained may be coming from the muffler. These were in my reason for bringing the car in during reservation. Upon checking Advisor (omar) who was already irrate with another customer ahead of me approached without compassion, and saw why i was there, he immediately said "i dont know, whats wrong with your car but it will take a while and will cost you $200 just to look at it"... For real!?!... I was expecting a more constructive response of, we'll look at it and I will let you know...Not selling me already something that we still dont know. I came back to Balise hyundai of fairfield because I hated Hyundai keys of milford (see another review where they lie on repairs that were paid but did not do it (wheel alignment). I guess all Hyundai dealership are like these. No compassion and lack of customer service. Im not asking for free, but at least help customers figure out how to fix a Hyundai Car issue!!!! . My next care will definitely be not a Hyundai... Service sucks!!!! More
If you live out of state, DON'T COME HERE! They insisted I complete my DMV registration w/ them...then almost a month later, I didn't have my license plate. I bought a used car. There’s some good and some bad. My last feeling was bad. Very good and efficient sales: car was ready when I got there, negotiation were respect There’s some good and some bad. Very bad: I show up on time to pick up the car. 10 minutes to finalize paperwork. 90 minutes to get plates and registrations done (short staff). I had family from out of the country waiting for me for dinner. Very bad: “Maintenance required” was lit up. I noticed at home. I guess the service department did not do their last checks to ensure not wasting clients’ time Dealer was closed. Had to come back, again, while out the country family was in town, to get the maintenance warning taken care of. 90 minutes. 3.0 hours lost of my precious time with family I never see due to bad management. Again Michel Vittolo was great in sales. I’m sure he will get promoted to GM soon. More

The service advisor, Arianny, had to used a fake email address instead of the one I provided at the time of service to avoid receiving a negative re The service advisor, Arianny, had to used a fake email address instead of the one I provided at the time of service to avoid receiving a negative review. I was not satisfied with the service and was expecting a survey. However, when inquired, a different email address was on file. Please investigate this matter, review her history, and verify that the correct email addresses are associated with services. It’s unfortunate, because the other advisors and managers were helpful, but I will be taking my car somewhere else in the future to avoid her scams. More
If you buy a used car make sure they have title in house. I was supposed to pick up my used car day promised and was called to say they don’t have the title in house and can’t give me the car for a few more I was supposed to pick up my used car day promised and was called to say they don’t have the title in house and can’t give me the car for a few more days. Meanwhile I have already got my vehicle off the insurance and put the new one on for the day that was promised to me. They won’t give me a dealer plate or work with me to get the vehicle as promised. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! I have never hear of such a thing the salesman said they do things by the book. Then they should have never put the vehicle for sale until they had title in house. Beware! More
