I spoke with James I was assured the car would not be sold out from underneath me that I would be hearing from someone the next morning with a video of the vehicle, the next day I receive no call no vide sold out from underneath me that I would be hearing from someone the next morning with a video of the vehicle, the next day I receive no call no video in the car was sold I would’ve put money down on it like I asked and I was told by James the finance manager not to worry that they would not sell the car out from underneath me when in fact that’s exactly what happened and I never received a phone call to follow up at all it was just bad business More

I was in town visiting a friend. My headlight's bulb went out the night before. The next morning I had to leave the state for the rest of my travels. I stopped into Balise and explained to Sara I was went out the night before. The next morning I had to leave the state for the rest of my travels. I stopped into Balise and explained to Sara I was in a hurry and if they could at all be quick with the light bulb change, I'd be ever so grateful. Guess what? I was ever so grateful because they had me IN & OUT (per my request) fassssssssssssster than I could sit down and start to read a magazine in the lounge area. Now that's what I call service!! Sara and I had a nice friendly chat about the area where she offered touristy ideas for my next trip when I was paying the bill. Overall, the price was right, the service was fast and friendly. You can't get better than that. I recommend Balise for your car's repairs. More

No Hastle, just straight up buying and they stand behind their sales. The service department and the prices where so reasonable there is no reason not to take it to the dealer. A $24.00 oil change at the dealership? What more can I say. I highly recommend this dealership. More
