Service was excellent and timely however; why is the dealership pushing front-end alignments before the car is even looked at or serviced? If this is a Toyota was excellent and timely however; why is the dealership pushing front-end alignments before the car is even looked at or serviced? If this is a Toyota Standard then it should be included in the 2 year maintenance package. My wife and I have owned Toyota's before and this has never been a standard practice. If front-end alignments are an issue with new Toyota's then there seems to be a problem in the manufacture of the vehicle. More
