Stay far away from this dealership. Sold us a used Volvo S60 that had a blown head gasket within 2 weeks of us purchasing it. Had to repeatedly fight with them to get it fixed. They do NOT return phone calls, and make it very difficult for you to try to resolve any issue. Finally got the car in, and they made us pay 25% of the total cost even though they originally told us they would cover it 100%. Totally went back on their word. Tried to email corporate office to complain. Secretary was beyond rude, and gave us wrong email address. When I called her back to tell her it was wrong, she corrected it in a very unpleasant manner. She then forwarded the email to the people at Balise that I was having the problem with. Why would I want it forwarded to them? They had given me the run around for 2 months, and had no interest in doing the right thing. Mike K, (service manager/owner) proceeded to call my house phone and my cell phone 7 times in less than 10 minutes. When I called him back, he accused me of harrassing the secretary (the one that I had to call twice because she gave me the wrong email address). This is laughable since he was the one harrassing me calling over, and over again. Will NEVER return to this dealership, and if you value any kind of customer service, I suggest you never go there either. I have made it so that noone i know will go to Balise VW. If you really want a Volkswagon, find another, more reputable dealership. More
Al explained all the work that needed to be done and the estimated cost to repair my vehicle. Unfortunately, the cost of repairs for my 10 year old Jetta Wagon was going to be high, therefore I made the dec estimated cost to repair my vehicle. Unfortunately, the cost of repairs for my 10 year old Jetta Wagon was going to be high, therefore I made the decision to instead put the money in to a downpayment for a new vehicle. The service quality, honesty and integrity is still there even though my favorite assistant service manager is no longer at Balise. I will return with future service needs. More
I am never disappointed by my service from Balise. I bought my car from Balise and have been bringing it back for service ever since. I have always recieved the best customer service--they treat me like bought my car from Balise and have been bringing it back for service ever since. Even at routine oil changes, they are checking for other problems and several times have brought up other issues that I wouldn't even have noticed. When I take my car to Balise I know that they are looking out for me and that my car is always going to be safe on the road. More
Volkswagens are infamous for their "quirks" and, unfortunately, mine has been extra quirky. While the purchase of my vehicle was seamless, I have spent a lot of time in the service department for various repairs--most self-inflicted (thank you, potholes!). You will not find such honesty and respect anywhere else. From the beginning, Cliff has been my go-to adviser. The first time I brought my car in with a problem, the repairs were quite extensive. Cliff called me almost daily with updates and to answer any questions I had. I was constantly calling him and I'm sure I was quite a pain, but I never sensed ANY sort of frustration. Cliff and the rest of the Balise crew treat you like family and when I was rear-ended, Cliff was the 2nd person I called (after the police, of course!) to see if they could do the repairs. I cannot thank Cliff enough for all of his hard work, honesty and patience. Even now that my car is out of its warranty, I continue to bring it to Balise for repairs and maintenance because I know my car will receive top-notch service and I will be treated with the utmost respect. Forget Scott and Speedcraft--if you want your VDub taken care of, take it to Balise! More

I have used this dealership for many years everyone i have ever dealt with has been very Friendly and i always receive quick accurate service . This dealership has been a favorite of mine for years .
