Unreal I knew I wanted a Nissan product. I have had a Nissan Maxima since 2003. It has been a great car. We went shopping on Black Friday because the Interne I knew I wanted a Nissan product. I have had a Nissan Maxima since 2003. It has been a great car. We went shopping on Black Friday because the Internet prices were very good. We were meet by Marc, the Sales Manager, he was great. He listen to our needs and found out he drives a Marano, the same car I was interested in. I thought I might wait for the 2016 to come out. After talking to Marc, he changed my mine. Leo and Marc worked with me trying to come with my price I needed to buy a car. After several tries we got close to the price, but hit a road block with the price of the car and trade in value for my car. I saw the car slipping away without the fault of Marc. I just couldn't buy a car for the last price given, which was a far price. I said Thank You, but just too much for me to handle. Marc would not give up and went back to get my price. After a few minutes he came back with a amazing price. They took more off the car and give me an excellent price for my trade. He put the price down in front of me and could believe my eyes. He did it, it was unreal of a deal. Leo and Marc couldn't have more helpful. When we left to return the next day for the car, my daughter and I really felt good about our experience we had at Cheaspeake Nissan. Oh by the way, the dealership sold 32 cars that day!!! UNREAL!!! More

Outstanding Customer Service I drove over to Nissan of Chesapeake with doubts that I would actually make a purchase. I was prepared for the usual game and run around, but this ex I drove over to Nissan of Chesapeake with doubts that I would actually make a purchase. I was prepared for the usual game and run around, but this experience proved to be different. I was greeted so kindly in the parking lot as soon as I got out of my car. One gentleman even opened the door for me to enter the building. Gino Evans came to escort me to his desk to discuss my car search. He gave me cold water to drink and kindly answered every question. He then took me on a drive and engaged in pleasant conversation during the entire trip. When we returned, I was able to speak with financing and Mr. Benn was just as courteous as Gino had been. He even allowed me to have a piece of fruit in his office that looked so appetizing. Needless to say, both of these gentlemen demonstrated outstanding customer service. They were not pushy or condescending as some salesmen can be. This was one of the smoothest purchases I've ever made. Gino called me the next morning to finalize everything and had a clean car, with gas, ready for me to drive home that evening. Mr. Evans offered me the salesmanship that every customer desires, courteous and respectful. I'd highly recommend him to others!!!! More
