Unprofessional and apathetic Few people that I have met in my life have startled and appalled me with their poisinous attitude as Mr Gary Nelson has. Today while taking in our ca Few people that I have met in my life have startled and appalled me with their poisinous attitude as Mr Gary Nelson has. Today while taking in our car for routine maintenance, a mistake was made resulting in an hour of waiting without any maintenance being performed. When confronted with the situation, Mr Nelson blamed the situation on us, the customer without even offering to make ammends. He even laughed about the situation. I don't care about the car not getting worked on. I don't even care about my personal experience and my time being wasted. I am disgusted that this example of leadership (or failure thereof) is what employees are being shown as an example of "success". Mr Nelson needs to revisit customer service techniques and practices while delving into a deep personal examination of his apathetic attitude and realize that he represents a company, and as such reflects on their reputation. At present moment, he reflects poorly. More
