My name is Roger C. and it was my first time at the dealership service center. There was a part recalled on my GMC that needed to be replaced. I walked through a door where I was told the waiting room was and was blown away by the decor and free coffee bar ! They even had a fireplace with wide screen TV's. All of the seating were theatre style seating. Even better was a little Bank Chevy restaurant than ran off of the waiting room with stools and tables to sit at and food to be ordered and cooked if your hungry. I might even just come back to watch some more episodes of Gilligan's Island when I'm bored and get lunch! It was truly an amazing experience. My vehicle also received a full point fluid inspection and free car wash. I have never seen a more customer oriented business, ever. These guys are the best of the best. While waiting for my vehicle to be service I watched the customer rep interact with other customers and I was really impressed by how he spent time with a customer who did not speak English very well.
