We always use banks for our service and are extremely satisfied. We had a hiccup this time where the service gentleman misunderstood my husbands request for an inspection and we only received an oil chan satisfied. It ended up taking us all day to get our vehicles inspected due to how busy they were and this mixup. The women at the cashiers desk was so pleasant and actually told the service dept that she wanted my inspection fee to be waived which was very generous of her!! Absolutely stunned to find no respect for the customers or workers. Not a single salesperson, service coordinator or cashier was wearing a mask, no effort to physically distance, no regard for human safet or workers. What a crazy time to purchase a new vehicle, but Bank had the inventory AND they were not charging a "market adjustment" fee like all the other dealerships these days. It was a process purchasing a vehicle " the inventory AND they were not charging a "market adjustment" fee like all the other dealerships these days. It was a process purchasing a vehicle "in transit" but it was worth the wait. The post sales customer service was better than I expected too with Jordan answering questions for us a week after we purchased. Thank You! More

We have had a previous positive experience with Banks when we purchased our 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. It's still running great. We recently decided to trade for a used Cadillac XT5. We were assisted by Jasmine Zachos who was very pleasant to deal with. It was a very positive experience overall and we highly recommend Jasmine. She's very efficient and friendly plus very knowledgeable. Banks is a customer friendly place to be! Heather in finance is a great example of that. More

In August 2021, I approached a dozen Chevy dealerships in NH and MA about the purchase of a new Suburban High Country. Despite this being almost a $90K vehicle, I was shocked that only three got back to me NH and MA about the purchase of a new Suburban High Country. Despite this being almost a $90K vehicle, I was shocked that only three got back to me, and Mike Tierney did so the quickest and with the most substantive engagement. My wife and I met Mike, and we ordered the vehicle from him. It took until December 17 for us to receive the vehicle, but Mike continued to stay in touch with us and respond to my emails throughout the process. Further, although we didn't finance the vehicle through the dealership, the finance department was very quick to get a quote to us. Very pleased with this crew. Will be back. More
