One the finance dpt wasn't very helpful. I mentioned I was shopping around for the best interest rate and I got ballpark answers if I financed through Banks. No hard data. Instated I got "interest rates from most banks are about #%". That made me look elsewhere for financing. And I did get a better deal from an outside bank. Two, when I picked up the truck it wasn't fully clean. Yes they gave it a once over in and out. But when I got it home I found napkins and other items in the center console and glove box. Very minor, but I feel like when making a major purchase like this it should be spotless. More
