Bought a truck a week ago. My mistake went at night. The salesman I dealt with told me it was not commercially used and only scratch was under front head light. I drove 3 hrs to buy this truck. Come to find out when I got there there were several dents scratches on it. Concrete stuck to the inside of the door frames so it was commercially used. Truck had not been cleaned or detailed maybe a vacuum that’s it. i bought this vehicle because 1 I drove 3 hrs for it and it’s the truck I want with the low mileage. I thought I would be alright with the dents and scratches because I only saw a couple but every day I am finding more and more and for 60 grand that should not be the case now am spending a couple thousand to correct the body of a truck that I was told was not commercially used and not many scratches. Best part is when I told the sales man that there is a lot more stuff going on with the body than what I was told his response was “is what it is”. Great customer service that is. I won’t be back. More

Was quoted a price on the phone for my trade-in by Greg. I was VERY clear with him on the phone about what I needed and he assured me there would be no problem in Banks matching a previous quote I received. Got there and was told they would give me $6500 less than that quote. I drove an hour and a half with a pre-approved loan, ready to purchase a vehicle. It was clearly a bait and switch - inappropriate, unprofessional and simply dishonest. The salesman (who was not who I spoke with on the phone) was wonderful and did his best to make amends for what he clearly recognized to be mistreatment. I would never purchase a vehicle from a place like this. Buyer beware! More
