I bought my first vehicle from Banks recently and just had my first oil change there (which was complimentary for purchasing a vehicle at the dealership). Service was incredible. Greeted immediately as I entered the service bay by very pleasant people who directed me where to go and took my VIN. I left the car and went to the service desk where another very nice employee took my info and offered a wash and vacuum free of charge. I then went into the waiting room complete with leather chairs and sofas, flat screen tv, coffee station and a Nadeau’s subs counter. They even have a kids room with toys, books and a separate tv for children. The whole experience was incredible and it only took an hour. Can’t recommend enough. I will only buy and service my vehicles at Banks for the foreseeable future. More

Drove in for an oil change and inspection. No appointment needed. The waiting room seats were super comfortable and they even have a sub shop in the building if you're hungry. I knew my service appointment was going to take a while. Intake was quick first thing in the morning. I made myself comfortable in the waiting room and settled in to accomplish a little work.
