Had my wife’s car (she’s owned for many years) serviced at Honda since it got purchased. liked the service so good then we actually bought my pickup from Honda. However, over the last experience I won’t at Honda since it got purchased. liked the service so good then we actually bought my pickup from Honda. However, over the last experience I won’t be dealing with Honda anymore. We took her car in for oil change and tire rotation it was missing a lug nut on the passenger rear tire after the service not before. The lock key and lock lug on the front driver side is warped strictly says on the lock key no torque wrench. I called spoke with someone in service told me bring it back they would get me squared away talk to Brian Wilson or Ashley Andrews they are the service managers. I took it up there talked to Mr. Andrews explained it to him he told me that Honda doesn’t use the customers lock keys and he would get me a lug nut, but nothing he could do about the lock key situation. He went in the shop area waited about 5 mins came back said he would have to order me one. He told me it would be in the next day (reminder this is twice now due to their errors). I checked the lugs all the way around on her car they were lose I put the lug nut wrench on the lug nuts on each tire I could turn it with my foot (thinking how did it make it home). I waited several days to make sure it was in came back asked about the lug he gave it to me me and I told him about the lose lug nuts he told me that they tighten the lugs with 80 foot lbs of pressure. I said well how’s that when this is the second time this has happened here he told me that he didn’t know. I told him I had a few more oil changes left on my f-150 I bought from Honda (it was a package I bought into when I purchased the truck) and after that I was done with Honda. He said “well why don’t you go ahead and cancel it and we will part ways now.” I looked at him and said “how can I do that”? He told me to call the maintenance plan on the truck I said okay not a problem. So I hope buying a vehicle is worth you’re attitude, service, and quality, of how we were treated. I have to buy a vehicle just like they have to make sales. But, I don’t and won’t Buy one from Honda of Greenville or use their service anymore. I emailed the head man at Honda, Scott. He wanted me to call him directly about this matter which I did. He told me that Mr. Brian “fumbled” and made a mountain out of a mole hill. I explained to Mr. Scott that I use to love Honda buying and service but I had lost faith in their business. I appreciate Scott trying to make it it right by offering to give us a lock key set for the lug nuts and new locking lugs. But, this is a huge safety concern number 1 , and number 2 if Mr. Brian can’t handle lug nut issue properly with a customer it only makes me wonder how he talks to his subordinates as well as other customers with issues. Like I said I hope a lug nut issue and Mr. Brian’s words to me was worth future vehicles as well as future service. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else but it won’t happen to us again I can promise that.. More

Good Experience Purchased a used truck. The salesperson was great and the folks there were nice and I was fairly fast. The only suggestion I would have to improve is Purchased a used truck. It would be nice if they provided two keys for all used autos as part of their inspection. Especially since keys with chips are expensive and hard to find someone to make them. More
