Telling them I would be back with my husband, they didn't bombard me with calls or e-mails for the next days, as other dealerships did. Made my way back to the dealership a few days later and they treated my husband the same way they treated me. They worked with my budget and needs and were a tremendous help to allow me to get the car I was in love with. Not only did they deliver what was expected, but also threw in there a few perks. On my first visit I test drove a 2013 and got quoted on it, but when I came back that car was no longer there, so they gave me a 2014 at the same price. Getting my first MINI was such a pleasant experience. The car was spotless and looking hotter than ever when they gave it to me. I even got a picture taken with it for my calendar and a goody's bag that made me feel like I was part of a new MINI club. They noticed that the car had a small scratch in the antenna after they buffed it, and they apologized for it and fixed that on the first chance without hesitation. Details on the contract were explained to me clearly and all of my questions based on the car or the contract were clearly answered. During my hunt for the right car, I visited over 5 dealerships in the area. Baron MINI was the only one that did not make me feel the dread of dealing with car salesman and dealerships. It was different in a positive way. It was clean, customer friendly, comfortable and organized. It was such a great experience, my car was so dreamy, and the way they worked with me on the price was so professional, that now my husband, someone that had swore by Accura his whole life, is looking into getting a MINI at Baron MINI as well. The sales manager Ric Comstock was also awesome, got me a great price and financing, and they were both totally professional. The whole staff, from the front desk person (Kristin I think) to the Financing Manager (can't remember his name, sorry, but he was GREAT) were all so inviting, down-to-earth, and just plain GREAT! It's a beautiful store, no attitude, no hassle, and I will continue to buy cars with them. I can not say enough good things about Baron Mini! The car drives like a dream (around 45,000 miles) but looks like new. They even shared the Car Fax with me, and told me they'd sold the car there when it was new and remembered its history, that really makes you feel safe and solid! I loved working with Sheina!
