This is my second MINI from the Baron dealership, Lisa and Samer. Both experiences could not be improved upon. There are so many options for the Mini which allows you to totally personalize your vehicle and express your individual personality. The first MINI I purchased was very girly and my second one is a more sleek, powerful and mean. I truly have fallen in love with this car! But the fundamental part of the experience is the Baron MINI people themselves. Each employee is friendly and as excited as the buyer about the automobiles that they are selling. Their excitement is infectious. Samer is the brilliant, creative artist who has the most amazing eye for style. If you can imagine it, Samer can do it. Lisa is charming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Both are extremely patient and kin, leaving you with the feeling that they really want to provide you with the car most suited to you. Baron MINI is definitely not your typical car dealership....it is one of kind! And I am proud to be a part of their MINI family. More

Her customer service skills are great and she attended to every detail and took the time to answer every question. She made sure the options that I wanted were installed on the car, in an efficient manner. I will refer people to her any chance I get. Robert Mitchell did an excellent job with the paper work and explaining the optional products that could be purchased. No high pressure, just great information and you can make up your own mind on what you need and don't need. I appreciated that approach. Finally, I think I got a quality car for a very fair price. We had a LEMON 2003 Mini purchased from another used car dealer in Merriam. That purchase was made early 2011. The cr was delivered, with electrical problems, then front suspension problems. The car could not at all be restored to safe driving condition -- possible litigation in process. In distinct contrast, the experience with Barron Mini was one of the very best new vehicle purchases ever made. The process was as plesent as when I bought my first-even new automobile in 1972 from my neighbor's Ford Dealership in Wisconsin. The new vehicles available were shown, especially surprising was a 2012 blue Mini with a few Demo miles, a custom paint treatmnent that was included in the lease price paid. The dealership offered a Fair price for the poor condition 2003 Mini trade, taken immediately to the auction block. I would do business with Tom and Barron BMW/Mini again. Perhaps for a leased vehicle or two for my new Venture Capital Investment Partnership to beformed and closed by the end of 2012. Kahuna,CFA More
