This is the first time I have purchased a car from a dealership. I am an older person, but do not know very much about cars. Corey and Jason were so patient with me. They did not talk down to me: they took the time to make sure I was purchasing a car that met my needs and was a financially comfortable choice. They did not push me and explained each option I had with warranties, financing and car options. I had a friend who is "car smart" check my choice. Corey supplied all the information my friend needed to evaluate the car. He was respectful and professional in dealing with my friend's concerns. I visited other used car dealerships and was really impressed with the difference in the attitudes of the entire staff at Bart's. Another salesperson helped gather warranty information for me - not his sale - but he definitely did so with a team player attitude. More

If there was a "10" selection for overall happiness.. Bart's fits the bill! We had a vehicle in mind that we wanted and had been searching the internet for 2 weeks within a 200 mile radius o happiness.. Bart's fits the bill! Everyone we dealt with from the initial call to actually driving the 2 hours from MI to pick the vehicle up and sign the paperwork everyone that we encountered was wonderful! Troy rocked and helped make this a very smooth transaction. We will check frist with Bart's for future car needs and will highly recommend to friends as being a trustworthy, honest and helpful dealership (which is hard to come by these days!) BUYER BEWARE! Make sure you read and understand your contract 100%. I had a contract ready to sign and the price of the vehicle was $1500 more than agreed. No where in my contract was this $1500 disclos contract 100%. I had a contract ready to sign and the price of the vehicle was $1500 more than agreed. No where in my contract was this $1500 disclosed and explained. It was added in to the price of the vehicle. When questioned we were told it was an "unforeseen/surprise" charge because of being a high risk. How was it and unforeseen charge when the company that was making the loan was Bart's Credit Corp??? My finance knew how badly I wanted that vehicle and was willing to pay half of that surprise charge. The credit manager turned him down flat!!! All of this took place 9/6/11...the vehicle is STILL LISTED on their website...too bad they refused to compromise $750. More

The worst buying experience I've ever had at a car dealership. For a company that claims to do so much business you would think they would have there vehicles inspected a little better. I took the veh dealership. For a company that claims to do so much business you would think they would have there vehicles inspected a little better. I took the vehicle I purchased from them to a ASE certified mechanic after reading the carfax report and seeing that there was frame/structural damage that was never disclosed at the sale. The mechanic pointed out to me numerous things that were wrong with the vehicle and basically said the the vehicle was worthless. He said the frame is completely rusted and someone tried to cover it up by spraying a whole bunch of undercoating on it, driver side bed and door have both had body work and have obviously been repainted, ball joints, u-joints, rusted brake lines, bad slip yoke, a 6" hole in the bed and the door speakers are missing just to name a few things. I would NOT recommend using this dealer to anyone. More
