Appreciate that they took care of the repeat issue under warranty. However, 2 things... despite being told it was "covered by the warranty", I was still charge over $100. due to some sort of deductible.... warranty. Also, my vehicle was not done when promised (originally was told "by 11am" and then "by 3pm" and when I arrived at 4:30pm it was still not ready. Thank goodness I was able to delay return of my rental car or I would have been either stuck in Fremont or making multiple trips back and forth inconveniencing my family.
