The bodyshop and the manager there went over and above to help get the issue taken care of with the work that was previously done. He went to the insurance company and got them to cover the work under the or help get the issue taken care of with the work that was previously done. I dropped off my car because of a engine light on. I requested the car be hooked up to the computer for a code reading. They replaced parts that they reported to me were bad. I was disappointed that my requested the car be hooked up to the computer for a code reading. They replaced parts that they reported to me were bad. I was disappointed that my battery was replaced during this first visit prior to my approval. I had to return the car because the light came on again. They proceeded to tell me that there was another bad part. I said not to replace it believing it did not need replaced. I feel that it was a guessing game at my expense. Extremely poor service and very lengthy. I was not at all pleased with my experience with the service department.
