Bay Ridge Subaru is not my usual dealership. I called from the highway to see if they could fit me in the same day after after a blown tire, and both the service and parts departments were fabulous. Once from the highway to see if they could fit me in the same day after after a blown tire, and both the service and parts departments were fabulous. Once I got to the dealership, they took my Forester right in and fixed her up. Only took about an hour to replace and balance the tire and give her a complete checking over and we were back on the road. I couldn't ask for anything more. When I move back to Brooklyn, I'll be sure to come here for service. More

Quick and Easy - satisfied customer I came in for an oil change and for my brake lights to be looked at. I made an appointment, and had no wait when I arrived. I was in and out in less t I came in for an oil change and for my brake lights to be looked at. I made an appointment, and had no wait when I arrived. I was in and out in less than an hour; they swapped out a part that had been recalled without me even having to ask, and reinstalled my brakelight (it had been installed incorrectly by someone else) free of charge. Everyone was super friendly. I dread going to the mechanic but this was painless and quick. More
