This was my first experience at Bayside and it was for a very expensive engine repair. It was diagnosed and repaired correctly and with a greatly appreciated military discount, under the repair quote ! T very expensive engine repair. She was happy and gracious and kind.She provided an exact replica of my van as a loaner ( which was one sexy color, by the way) and she gave without question the best dealership experience I have ever had and that spans over 50 years!!! Taylor made this costly repair so much easier to face,just by being pleasant and extremely knowledgable in her position.
