Respectfully, we have not done any business with you, and you have repeatedly harassed our staff, and continue to spam our business pages with negative comments and reviews over a deal that does not regard you. We have explained to you that we cannot discuss any information with you in regard to another customer's deal. The customer you're referring to, came looking to buy a vehicle and our staff provided the service he needed. When a decides they want to return the vehicle they purchased, we do what we can to help and every case is different, however, the 3rd party warranty companies have their own return policies. Every customer goes through finance and reviews all these documents before signing and driving the vehicle out of the lot. We understand you could be frustrated with our customer over the vehicle purchased, however, that's out of our control.

Bayside Mitsubishi I haven’t harassed anyone. I was on the phone when he purchased the vehicle and I was there when he returned it. I called for phone numbers, and all y’all did was laugh and hang up. Regardless if I signed the contract or not, you don’t disrespect people who are putting money in you all’s pocket. You 3 didn’t even want to talk to my fiancé respectfully! So, please miss me with the xx. I know personally that you all are discriminative towards people, lying to people saying “no one else will I’ve you a car with your credit score” because my brother was there trying to get a truck before. I know the credit agency that you all are using to get cars off of your lot, with the “deal” you’re running, very well. You all still haven’t reach out to my fiancé about his down payment refund. I’ve been dealing with car dealerships for years, so I know the lingo. I’ve done what I had to do. 😊
