We’ve been calling to get emails, phone numbers and all their doing is arguing with us, laughing, and hanging up. My man has every txt message with Anissa Delgado, as well, especially after she literally got mad and went off on him because he didn’t want the car after less than 24hs. They him he couldn’t get a used car with him credit score, and no one would help him with that score. They were trying to charge him for mileage. They’re trying I charge him for a hubcap that came off the car after he drove off the lot. They’re telling me they can’t talk to me because I didn’t sign a contract. Annisa blocked me. I drove all the way to the dealership for them to look at the car. While I was waiting for them to look at it another guy kept asking questions through small talk. What’s pay off? How much did you pay? How long have you had it? I said pay off was 49k, said I paid 56k. Then they said they are still working on the offer and asked me to call my bank for a 10 day pay off. I said I’ll do that after I find out the offer because it won’t be worth my time if I don’t like the offer. They said oh it’ll help with the numbers (as if I can’t do basic math and don’t know what I want for the vehicle). Then they come back at a 49k offer. Hmmm how convenient, exactly what they think my pay off is…. When I said why wouldn’t they honor the 54,580 that was offered online they said this is just where we are at and the miles are high for the model, so I said that’s why I put the mileage on the website and they were aware of it when they made the 58k offer. It’s a bronco only a few months old and clean af. So basically they bait you in and never plan to offer you the amount…. They also desperately try to get you into a junky car on their lot even after you tell them you’re not interested. Judging by their Facebook reviews they also do bate and switches on car sales! More
